Passionate about fish and ocean life Bonito's founder Gil Muller set out to create a clock brand that is about more than timekeepers. Partnering with the amazing ocean charity Blue Marine Foundation Bonito is contributing 10% of its profits to ocean preservation projects around the world. The Blue Marine Foundation exists to combat over-fishing and the destruction of biodiversity through the creation of marine reserves and the promotion of sustainable fishing. The aim is to put 30% of ocean under protection. We hope our clocks will bring excitement to as many people as possible and will do a small part in preserving one of our planets most beautiful and important resources.
